Fido Dido is a cartoon character made by Sue Rose and Joanna Ferrone. Fido was licensed as a mascot to PepsiCo in the late 80s, and appeared on stationary in the 90s before becoming attached primarily to the 7-Up brand, preceding Cool Spot.
